YOUR SEASONS OF BREAKTHROUGH - PART 3

SATURDAY 15 JULY 2023

During the study of the Word, you will break new grounds in discovering wonderful things and transforming disclosures from the gospel truths. This is because your breakthrough season has come. And so, the Spirit of truth will show you some things that were hidden or not previously known in the Word, which will, in turn, influence and upgrade your existing perspective about God.

Reference: Psalm 36:9 New International Version (NIV) "For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light."

Why is divine light so important? The Psalmist says, "Your word is a lamp unto my feet, a light on my path." The MSG Translation reads, "By your words I can see where I'm going; they throw a beam of light on my dark path" (Psalm 119:105). The light of God's Word will guide you to the portal of new dimensions of discovery and open you up to knowledgeable insight and divine possibilities. If the Word serves as a lantern to your feet, and a light on your path, then it means that you'll see more of its realities on your pathway. Put in another way, when a lantern guides your footstep, and its light beams around you, it also implies that you'll discover a lot of things on your way. You'll see things you will not normally see, in the absence of light.

Beloved, your mind will soar to unattainable heights of spiritual insight due to the light of the Word on your pathway. A biblical figure, namely Daniel, experienced a major breakthrough in the area of revelation knowledge, when he prayed with his friends. At that point in time, King Nebuchadnezzar needed an urgent answer to his dream. In fact he demanded the disclosure of both the dream and its interpretation. Then Daniel went to his home and informed his friends Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah of the matter. He asked them to pray for mercy from the God of heaven concerning the mystery. Then in a night vision, the mystery was revealed to Daniel by the fastest full fibre broadband in heaven. So as Daniel praised the God of heaven, part of his sayings were:

He reveals deep and hidden things. He knows what is in the darkness, and light resides with him (Daniel 2:22 NET).

More so, we have a better understanding of divine revelation in Christ Jesus because 2nd Corinthians 4:6 reads, "For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ" (NIV). Moreover, this light can only continue to shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory, when we activate the ministry of the Word by the efficacy of alacritous cogitation. Don't ignore the knowledge of the Word because the light it exudes is uncommon and of paramount importance.

To that effect, Hebrews 5:12-14 noted, "For everyone who lives on milk is [doctrinally inexperienced and] unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a spiritual infant" (AMP). This is where avant garde innovation comes into play, preferably known as progressive metamorphosis. It is the process of transformation from an immature knowledge of the Word to an adulthood understanding due to the influence of alacritous cogitation. Simply put, to grow from one stage of glory to another, give yourself wholly to the Word. This is because the capacity to gain more accurate or deeper understanding of the Scriptures has been bestowed upon you.

Isaiah 29:18 says, "In that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see" (NIV). This verse makes reference to miraculous breakthrough encounters through persistent hearing of the Word. Therefore, always be guided by the light of God's Word, and may you continue to align yourself with God's greater purpose for your life as you delve into the Word, like you've never done before. Shalom!

Scripture Reading - Psalm 119:18; Isaiah 29:18; Isaiah 32:18; Psalm 119:96.

Guided Prayer: Dear Father in heaven, Daniel praised you in this manner: O God of my fathers, I acknowledge and glorify you, for you have bestowed wisdom and power on me. Now you have enabled me to understand what we requested from you. For you have enabled us to understand the king's dilemma. In the same manner, I acknowledge that you have bestowed your grace upon me, which grants me access to progressive breakthrough in the Word. To your name, be the glory and honour forevermore in Jesus' Name, Amen!
