PEACEFUL LEADING - PART 6

TUESDAY 07 OCTOBER 2025

Reference: Isaiah 63:14 New Living Translation (NLT)

"As with cattle going down into a peaceful valley, the Spirit of the LORD gave them rest. You led your people, LORD, and gained a magnificent reputation."

Today's article is still focused on the segmentary statement:

You led your people, Lord.

God led His people as our referenced Scripture has already said. 'Leading' here implies not just the communication of instruction, either outwardly or inwardly, but also offering accurate direction and accompaniment.

Isaiah 30:21 reads, "And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left" (ESV). This voice behind you generally intends to direct, show or help you through - in a situational process, and in this case, it is an outward direction. Yes the Holy Spirit has drawn particular attention to the right way, but has anyone involved heard of the way with clarity of perception, let alone acknowledging it?

If we will enroll ourselves in His school of leadership, and practise His intimacy, we can hear His voice, because our auricular attention is clearly sound and receptive by virtue of constant fellowship. So the challenge lies in developing a thoughtful and clearer recognition of the sound of His voice or speechification in our spirit man, and it equally requires an effective sound mind for actioning purposes.

The Holy Spirit permanently indwells us, to bring to bear, the internal and external means of communicating divine instruction and purpose in the process of His leading advantage. So He ministers to us as a teaching agent, and also does what no other teacher can do, by instilling illuminating wisdom into our spirits, and communicating not only a rewarding instruction but also, and an active and purpose-driven guidance with gentle voice - that introduces or orders our steps into the right way and into any revelational truth concerning God's will in Christ, which is needful for us to grasp by our spiritual senses.

In Psalm 32:8, the LORD says, "I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you" (NLT). So be sure of these many things, dearly beloved, that His leading approach is a grace that holds us with a loving hand, guiding us in the right path, instructing and teaching us in the way we should go, and counselling us with His eye upon us. More so, be certain that all of these capacities are exerted by the Spirit of God in our lives because they are multifaceted traits that are embedded in His leading advantage, which propel us to achieve significant and lasting success in our journey of Christian faith.

When the Lord is leading you on earth, it implies that you are being led by the Holy Spirit, and it results in living supernaturally in a natural world, which equally makes allowance for continual spiritual growth and divinely-profound achievements without the burden of exercising ordinary human understanding, which is susceptible to weakened or less effective capabilities or leading approach, and short of Spirit-enabled living transmissions. Why? "For it is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing..." (John 6:63 KJV). Since the flesh doesn't help at all, it implies that human understanding provides little or no benefit; Yes be mindful that human effort accomplishes nothing much. To that effect, Proverbs 3:5-6 reads:

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take" (NLT).

Stay tuned for part 7. Shalom!

Guided Prayer:

Thank you my Father in heaven for the continuity of your saving grace and leading activities in my life, which lie in the phenomenal verity that both your tangible wondrous acts and beneficial blessings of spiritual realities are evidentially defined as my sufficiently supplied divine and earthly experiences, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
