PASTOR EJC: ADDRESSING A MISCONCEPTION.

This is a regretful acknowledgement notifying you that a certain picture which was indecent and offensive was associated with one of my posts last month because it was probably converted by an unknown person to look like a porn picture. Three days after the alteration, it came to my notice. Indeed it was very disturbing because it was the opposite and improper example of what I believe in. The picture was not acceptable by any means because it was demeaning of the image of God I present to Golden News readers.

Although I attended to it and deleted the picture ASAP, a wrong impression had already been created. There are other pictures alike being posted by visitors who visit the forum page of the website for their discussions as hundreds of visitors, both believers and non-believers interact on that platform. Please if you were discouraged and disappointed about that particular post/picture and the negative impression and interpretation it communicated, I humbly owe you a sincere and godly apology regarding such defamation. I was totally unaware of it until my attention was called to it few days later.

You know what I represent and share. Therefore do not be in a haste to have a misguided conception about such thing and since it had happened, I can only reassure you not to be discouraged about following the true and enduring Word. Anyone could've called my attention to it, although you can rest assured that God is now very much in control. If there is anything you do not understand, be patient enough to ask questions or you can let me know on time or rather inform me through the emails on the websites.

Remember that Jesus Himself encountered those who went into the temple of God to transact and sell in it, expelling the merchants and the money changers from the Temple. Then He cast out all they sold and bought (as part of cleansing the temple), and overthrew the tables of the money changers and the seats of those that sold doves. After that, He said to them, "It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves" (see Matthew 21:12-13). What am I COMMUNICATING by this example? Although it happened, Jesus quickly did something about it by taking an auspicious step to rectify or correct the situation.

Here is my candid advice: In the journey of faith, open up your eyes and don't be in a hurry to believe every online information, especially when you sense that something is not right. Like Solomon did, find out the truth on your own so you won't sustain a lie in your mind. Please do not be so delusional that you stick to a lie or even establish a lifelong illusion.

Again Pastor EJC sincerely apologizes about that horrible alteration and till date, we have continued to pray against the manipulative activities of any perpetrator on the website. Besides, understand that Pastor EJC will never post or share with you, pictures involving such filthy, dirty, immoral or dishonourable concept with unpleasant outlook.
