DIVINE WISDOM AND SUPREME UNDERSTANDING - PART 3

Updated: Apr 3

WEDNESDAY 02 APRIL 2025

Reference: Proverbs 3:13-14 New Living Translation (NLT)

"Joyful is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gains understanding. For wisdom is more profitable than silver, and her wages are better than gold."

The Biblical Hebrew word for "wisdom" is known as Chokmah which denotes divine nature of wisdom that emerges from the will of God. So when our referenced Scripture reads, "Joyful is the person who finds wisdom," it implies that a person can locate divine wisdom by searching the Scriptures through conscious cogitation and by manifesting its empowering cognizance through constant practices.

The written Word of God is a theoretical holy wisdom. In order to study and cultivate this theoretical wisdom successfully, as well as apply the knowledge by concrete understanding you persistently gain, you must sustain a cogitative technique that aligns you with divine will embedded in the written Word. This cogitation will always position you to integrate the wisdom of God into various levels of consciousness and actions leading to spiritual growth.

To bring more clarity to my expository insight, Solomonic inspired utterance reads, "Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, And to depart from evil is understanding" (Job 28:28 NKJV). This very fear of the Lord is a Spirit that instils an awe and reverence associated with acknowledging and serving the Lord, and therefore it is the foundation of divine wisdom. That beginning or foundation of divine wisdom is a "she" mystery known as Sophia in Greek terminology, signifying that she is the breath of the power of God. To that effect, 2nd Timothy 3:16 reads, "All Scripture is God-breathed." So Biblical truths are a spiritual wisdom that comes from God, which transcends human wisdom and mere intellectual wit, replete with a limited and terrestrial sense of knowledgebase.

Biblical truths are characterized by insight into God's eternal plan and purposes, and its a source of divine wisdom that transmits the moral and spiritual dimensions of the Divine. It is available to those who seek it earnestly by getting to study the Scriptures habitually. Sophia is a pure influence flowing from Biblical truths, and as the brightness of eternality, she is the real mirror of the glory of God, and the written image of His goodness and essence. To instantiate this verity, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as 2nd Corinthians 3:18 reads, "But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit" (NASB).

The above versified passage is the very reason I demystify the written Word through continual expository knowledge, so you can learn and master how to use the Word, cultivate and nurture its wisdom into an accurate spiritual understanding that works, although it is beyond measure and comprehension, meaning that the human mind does not have the power to grasp its depth, infinitude, vastness and expansiveness, reflecting the profound nature of Sophia.

So, what do you do with theoretical wisdom? Each time you study the Word, cogitate on it with ardent alacrity so that your inner self will receive a widespread diffusion of divine notions emanating from it, thereby conditioning your mind and spirit to activate the hypostatizing of attributes and perfections of divinity. To that effect 2nd Timothy 3:15 reads:

"You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus" (NLT).

The Logos clearly reveals the mystery of the Godhead and all the godly energies and wise denotations of Eternal recognition. Stay tuned for part 4. Shalom!

Scripture Reading - 1 Kings 4:29; Proverbs 16:6; Matthew 7:24; Ephesians 1:16-17.

Exuberant Declaration:

By my inextricable union with Christ, I'm an active participator in the glorious wisdom of God, a great principle of the Divine kingdom that embodies the ideal perfection of the Lord resident in me. Glory to God!
