You do have a very little right to call yourself born again Christian, if you have received Christ, and yet do not function wholeheartedly as those who believe in His name. More below!

Reference: John 1:12-13 New International Version (NIV)
"Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God—children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God."
The first versified statement reads, "But as many as received Christ, to them He gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name."
Notice what is happening in the statement: To receive Christ (His person) and to believe in His name (His appellation). They are two actionable criteria for becoming the true sons of God. You can receive a person into your house, but you may not believe in His name, meaning that within you, there is possibility of doubting their nominal repute, even after receiving the person. But that is not the symbolic meaning of what we should do.
We are to receive Christ, and believe in His name, with our hearts fully occupied with Him and His name, as the only One who has loved us and given Himself for us, by obeying God completely and humbling Himself unto death, even a shameful death on a cross.
Why believe on His name?
"God raised Him up to the highest place and gave Him the name above all. So when His name is called, every knee will bow, in heaven, on earth, and below. And every tongue will confess "Jesus, the Anointed One, is Lord," to the glory of God our Father!" ~ Philippians 2:9-11 (The Voice).
Is there something in you that recognises the necessity of looking elsewhere for any kind of help, even though you are born again? Woman, is there something in you that recognises another seemingly important name, when you are looking for a fruit of the womb, because after mentioning the name of Jesus, you didn't receive the blessedness of a fruitful womb?
The name of Jesus Christ, Oh, woman of faithless ability, is something you do not fancy or believe on anymore if you got a vainly response! To you, it is a mere doctrinal name in the theological idealism - that is in question. You now have and entertain an unrealistic belief in the name of Jesus!
Have we been attaining to the fulfilment of both - in our Christian faith? This is the conditional right Christ gave us to become the children of God, that is, the possibility of loving access to God, as made possible by our reception of Jesus, and belief on His Name alone, and I'm here to ingrain the vastness of its significance upon the tablet of your hearts. Stay tuned for part 3. Shalom!
Scripture Reading - John 14:6; Romans 10:9-10; Galatians 2:16; Romans 10:13.
Guided Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I'm forever grateful because I have received Christ, who gave me the right to become your child, and I function as those who believe in His name, in the full sense of conscious surrender to Him. This is the true ideal of the Christian life which I profess to be living, and I demonstrate a thankful acknowledgment for the blessings and glorious favours I receive as a result, in Jesus' Name, Amen!
