SURRENDER YOUR PLANS TO THE LORD - PART 6

THURSDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2025

You can't have an issue of trust with God, when you are habitual in committing everything you do into His hands, and because your recurring imagination is different as a peculiar god. More below!

Reference: Psalm 37:5-6 New Living Translation (NLT)

"Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust Him, and He will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun."

The third segment to be expounded by my humble self is:

"He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn."

Innocence in this segment defines the order of things that are perceived with distinguishing advisability in the realm of trust, where your reasoning and imagination are sourced from extraordinary mental power. Someone may ask, "What is an extraordinary mental power?" An extraordinary mental power is a function of a renewed mind. So your trust in God is nothing more than an "imagined" right belief based on eternal truth or values.

I will explain my initiative acuity from this viewpoint: Sustaining a divine thinking is very special in the sense that we often understand invisible things first, before they become visible in the natural realm. So if the elements of your trust in the mind realm were themselves images of what God has said, or put it this way: the abstract substance that represents the texture of your trust is divinely pure and intelligible, then the internal basis of your trust is innocent. This also implies that your trustworthiness is completely transparent and unclouded.

Now watch this: The Psalmist assures that God will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, meaning that the transparency in your trustworthiness will shine forth. What is this innocence? [Again it is transparency in your trustworthiness]. It is a sustained aura of being totally dependent on what God can do, without having an alternative opinion or another option. God counts it as your righteousness. You will notice it in other translations such as New King James Version, that the sense of rendering says, "He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light" (Psalm 37:6). He did the same to Abraham, when He trusted God by responding favourably to His promises. To instantiate this verity, Genesis 15:6 reads, "And Abram believed the LORD, and trusted in His promises, so God counted it to his favour as righteousness" (VOICE).

For further clarification, Hebrews 11:17-19 reads, "By faith Abraham, when God tested Him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son, even though God had said to him, "It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned." Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking He did receive Isaac back from death" (NIV). In verse 19, kindly mark the phrasal verb, "reasoned" because I will come to that in the concluding paragraph below!

Now watch this: In the above aforementioned versified passage, you can notice that Abraham's reasoning in the realm of trust was considered, and it was solely innocent, denoting a practical godly intelligence exhibited within his mental faculty. In a nutshell, verse 19 literally stated that Abraham purely "reasoned" that God could even raise the dead..." What a pure transparency in His trustworthiness! He didn't consider any alternative plan or another option that would replace Isaac in the images evident in his imaginations. Beloved, in the same manner, if you truly uphold God's way by means of innocent trust, He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn. Stay tuned for more on radiant innocence in your trust pattern - part 7. Shalom!

Scripture Reading- Psalm 26:1-3; Luke 18:16; Philippians 4:8; Colossians 2:8.

Exuberant Declaration:

I acknowledge that the Lord is my strength and my shield; In Him my heart trusts, and I am greatly helped. My heart exults His supreme ability, and even in my conscious imaginations, I wholly hope in Him alone, and with my paean, I give thanks to Him at all times. Praise God!
