Reference: Acts 20:32 New Living Translation (NLT)
"And now I entrust you to God and the message of His grace that is able to build you up and give you an inheritance with all those He has set apart for Himself."
The message of God's grace doesn't only ensure our functional participation in the newness of life, it also guarantees our practical possession of the inheritance it offers. And there is this recognition of the inheritance' mission's importance, and that is - the inheritance is given among all those God has set apart for Himself, which suggests the harmonized and communal aspect of the Kingdom of light, where the body of Christ can collectively participate in the heritage through faith in the message of His grace. Are you with me?
Who are those set apart for God Himself? The meaning of those set apart for God here emphasizes the expression of the saints with higher degree of oneness with Supreme Deity, on account of their transcendent filial connection with trinitarian experiences. By this I mean, the sons of God, who are led by the Spirit of God because they belong to Christ. Got it? To that effect, Romans 8:14-17 reads,
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father." The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together" (NKJV).
From the standpoint of the above versified passage, you can notice the full revelation of their trinitarian experience in this manner:
1. They are led by the Spirit of God, making them sons of God.
2. They have received the Spirit of adoption by whom they acknowledge God as "Abba, Father."
3. The Spirit Himself bears witness with their spirit that they are children of God.
4. As children of God, they are heirs, in the order of being heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ.
So they have the "set apart" empirical knowledge, which involves God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. And the Greek term for their manifestations as the sons of God is υἱοθεσία (huiothesia), which is a legal technical term for adoption as a sons with full rights of inheritance. Got it?
Indeed, the sons of God are heirs - heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, and the Spirit's testimony within their inward man reveals their sonship and heirship. Simply put, the Spirit of truth unlocks a level of attention and energy within - that conditions them to identify with their sonship, which is something the "word of mouth" or declaration "alone" cannot accomplish or work out.
When you constantly have such an inward witness emanating from the Spirit of God, you will stop living your Christian life on the surface of just being born again, and start digging into the deeper layers of who you truly are in Christ. That way, you'll start identifying with the huge level of Abrahamic patrimony which you're entitled to, plus the rightful privileges of the Kingdom of light, which you have access to, as the true son of the living God.
Another important question: How big is this inheritance?
Firstly, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as Ephesians 2:7 (NLT) acknowledged the massively-substantial precision of the inheritance as the incredible wealth of God's grace which He gave or handed to us through His kindness toward us, as shown in all He did for us in Christ Jesus, which includes our redemption (my paraphrased connotation).
Secondly, another version of Pauline epistolary expression numbered as Ephesians 3:8 (AMPC) described it as an unending (boundless, fathomless, incalculable, and exhaustless) riches of Christ [wealth which no human being could have searched out].
Beloved, the mysterious greatness of the incomprehensible riches of Christ entails both spiritual wealth (imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, reserved in heaven for us), and then the physical and material wealth which no one can fully comprehend. Shalom!

Exuberant Declaration:
No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no heart has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him, but to me, God has revealed these things by His Spirit. Therefore Lord, I extol the fame of your abundant goodness and sing joyfully of your righteousness forever and ever. Glory to God!
