If it was by faith that Isaac invoked promised blessings on his two sons towards their future, then it means that faith is the very substance that will help and energise our children to accomplish any wonder at any point in their lifetime. Simply put, there's a vast level of importance attributable to exercising our faith in God, since our referenced Scripture stated so. Admittedly, the importance of faith cannot be undermined in life's journey, especially when it comes to building our children's lives and empowering them to believe in the best, in themselves and in the great future which God designed for them ahead of time.

Reference: Hebrews 11:20 New International Version (NIV) "By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future."

Blessing our future or that of our children, through spoken words is in accordance with God's standard of operation and it denotes "planning our future with God." And planning our future with God is a great business transaction that will always result in true success because with God, everything goes according to His plan - in line with His perfect will and purpose for our future, as we conform. Therefore, cling on to and remain dependable on the trustworthiness of His divine administration.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, "I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for" (MSG). This Scripture denotes the precise revelation of the inward details of God's mind for us, and it starts with a strong affirmation and assertion, "I know what I'm doing", meaning that God does not function from the standpoint of uncertainty concerning our future.

God has an unfailing purpose - with an unfailing character - to bring His plan concerning our future to fruition. In other words, the capacity to experience a bright and great future is your birth right. Since you have come to know this truth about God, won't you equally recognise that it's of paramount importance to partner with someone who knows what He is doing?

Therefore never lose hope in exercising your faith in God concerning your children's future because God is the King of glory that always has the future and interest of all of His children at heart, including you and me, and His plan is always a kingly plan executed through the full streams of His infinite grace. As you engage the Spirit of God in all you do, you will strongly perceive that under the influence of divine inspiration, your children's future will become the story of God's glory in deluxe edition.

Don't ever demonstrate a limping approach in upgrading their future with prophetic utterances. Don't ever entertain a sluggish spirit in doing so. By the aid of the Spirit, cherish and cultivate the influence of God's grace manifesting in their lives through your spoken words, bearing in mind that whatever is required of their glorious future can be accomplished only by the Spirit.

Always guide and direct your children in the path of divine wisdom because Proverbs 24:14 says, "Know also that [divine] Wisdom is like honey for you: If you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off." Gracefully, if your children continually treasure and cherish the wisdom of God, their reward will be a bright future and an enduring hope of prosperous ending, which signify that their future is fully blessed and secure since their hope is firmly structured on solid rock.

To that effect, Proverbs 23:18 reads, "For surely there is a latter end [a future and a reward], and your hope and expectation shall not be cut off" (AMPC). Always remember that faith is of crucial importance in your children's journey planner because exercising it - is fundamental or deep-seated in the expectation of great things to come. So it is the ingredient that gives life a sense of tangible meaning beyond simply hoping for a successful future.

While much of our desires and expectations for our children are ingrained in the imaginations that stem from the human mind, faith from our heart and spirit, is the steering wheel that will propel or drive them into that glorious future which God has already planned and designed for His children.

Have also, the understanding that challenging situations will surely emerge in diverse forms as you keep raising your children in the fear of God, but your "faith in God" must remain a fixed cognizance, so that deep down inside, you can rest assured that all things will work out in their favour because you have God's guaranteed approval.

Therefore, build your children's faith up and condition their minds to be resolute in taking the next step rightly, even when they can't see or figure out the entire staircase to their great future. Shalom!
