Colossians 1:16-20 (KJV)
"For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence."
In all things, Christ Jesus has the preeminence, including the "overwhelming" nature of His surpassing wisdom. This wisdom hosts eternity. In other words, you can never outlive it on earth, even if you live more than one thousand years; such a wisdom is eternity. It is extremely great or superior in nature, compared to Solomonic wisdom. Nevertheless, today's focus is majored on Solomonic wisdom. More below!

Reference: 1st Kings 4:29-30 Amplified Bible (AMP)
"Now God gave Solomon [exceptional] wisdom and very great discernment and breadth of mind, like the sand of the seashore. Solomon's wisdom surpassed the wisdom of all the sons of the east and all the wisdom of Egypt."
Gracious God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart - that is, high powers of mind, with great capacity for receiving and perceiving uncommon realities, as well as aptitude for communicating such knowledge prudently. But before God gave Solomon [exceptional] wisdom, his inward being was aptly attentive and responsive to God's voice, and in the discernment of such effect, King Solomon did not miss anything God delivered to him in the dream of the night, an encounter that could assumably emerge as once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and in addition, it means that afterwards, his forethought regarding the dream reassured him to anticipate the instant earthly manifestation of the favourable message from God.
The Message Translation reads:
4-5 The king went to Gibeon, the most prestigious of the local shrines, to worship. He sacrificed a thousand Whole-Burnt-Offerings on that altar. That night, there in Gibeon, God appeared to Solomon in a dream: God said, "What can I give you? Ask."
6 Solomon said, "You were extravagantly generous in love with David my father, and he lived faithfully in your presence, his relationships were just and his heart right. And you have persisted in this great and generous love by giving him - and this very day! - a son to sit on his throne..."
9 "Here's what I want: Give me a God-listening heart so I can lead your people well, discerning the difference between good and evil. For who on their own is capable of leading your glorious people?"
15. Solomon woke up - what a dream! He returned to Jerusalem, took his place before the Chest of the Covenant of God, and worshiped by sacrificing Whole-Burnt-Offerings and Peace-Offerings. Then he laid out a banquet for everyone in his service (read 1st Kings 3:4-15 MSG).
Many a moment, after some precious people have received a message from God, and they get over the initial excitement or a surprising revelation - they may start doubting the message or consider it as illusional encounter. They tend to draw back because they have entertained some doubt unnecessarily. This is the reason Sunesis and Phronesis [analytical and practical wisdom], hold an important place in establishing such message as a pivotal memory leading to its unfolding display in your life.
Therefore, you must develop a sound judgment and cogitative immersion based on the dream, after receiving such message from the Lord. In a nutshell, to avoid taking God for granted, write the message down and run with it, because not all people normally hear from God, something which is a very great blessing to appreciate. Why write the message down?
There is such a thing as bringing to remembrance, all that have been said to you. To that effect, John 14:26 (ESV) reads, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name...will bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you." Stay tuned for part 8. Shalom!
Scripture Reading - 1 Chronicles 17:3; Jeremiah 1:11-13; John 10:27; 1 Peter 1:25.
Exuberant Declaration:
The wisdom of God brings me great and unspeakable joy - and several people in my world share from this joy and benefit from its consequential manifestation, which portrays the goodness of God in my life. Blessed be God!
