Numbers 24:17 reads, "I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near: a star shall come out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel..." (ESV).
The gospel of John recorded the supernatural manifestations of the greatest of grail stars, superior to all other stars, whose humanity portrayed His Deity as the Son of God, as well as the radiance of God's glory.
In fact, John recorded His earthly events leading up to His resurrection, which is the ultimate proof that indeed, His grail star is emblematic of both denotative and connotative inference, known as "The Supreme King of glory." More below!

Reference: 1st Corinthians 15:41 New King James Version (NKJV)
"There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differs from another star in glory."
The Lord Jesus now occupies the highest place of dominion above, which symbolizes an eternal Kingdom, amazingly lofty and invisible, where He reigns over a redeemed or chosen generation - as the Lord of glory, with a powerful High priest office. To that effect, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as Ephesians 2:6 reads, "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus" (NIV).
Jesus' pre-eminence in heaven and earth is indicative of the quality of His sovereign Lordship. It's a type of high status that speaks of Christ being acknowledged as the best of grail stars. And gloriously, we are not just seated with Him in the heavenly realms, Christ also made us kings in the kingdom of light, and as royal priesthood, we share His "King-Priest" throne sitting position in the heavenly realms. On account of this verity, Revelation 1:6 reads, "He lets us rule as kings and serve God His Father as priests. To Him be glory and power forever and ever! Amen" (CEV).
In summary of this gracious topic, I want to accentuate John's "trustworthy" record of accuracy through his spiritual understanding. How did John know or perceive that it was the Word that became flesh, in accordance with the versified statement numbered as John 1:14? The Spirit of truth was profoundly gracious to John, and to that effect, he received the inspiration that birthed this revelatory insight - by word of knowledge.
This implies that there are very important spiritual gifts such as word of wisdom, word of knowledge, prophecy, and the discerning of spirits, which are "revelatory" gifts of the Spirit that operate on the frequency of divinely revealed directives, because the Spirit of truth spontaneously guides the possessors of these spiritual gifts into such revelations, making them visibly divulged in their human spirit and in the mind realm.
This is the reason you must immerse yourself in God's Word on a consistent basis, and enhance your focused attentiveness to the Spirit of God, so that the first-hand or heuristic awareness of revelatory language of the Spirit will often become crystal clear in your inward being, and thereby empower you to process the judicious counsel of God in your heart accurately. Shalom!
Scripture Reading - John 13:31-32; 2 Peter 1:16-17; Hebrews 5:5-6; Jude 25.
Exuberant Declaration:
To Christ Jesus, my life, my Lord and my Saviour, be the glory, majesty, power and authority, before all ages, both now and forevermore! Amen.
