DIVINE DISCUSSION - PART 4

When you come across Scriptures like the referenced versified statement below, you must endeavour to assimilate the expository knowledge articulated by my humble self and, then put it into uncommon use, which in turn, will reflect the power of its light being fully made manifest in your life with the operational significance. Reference: John 17:10 New Living Translation (NLT)

"All who are mine belong to you, and you have given them to me, so they bring me glory."

Today's article is focused on the second segment: 

"And you have given them to me."

The class of gift God the Father gave to His Son, Jesus Christ is the precious souls of men. So when Jesus said to God, "And you have given them to me," in such a wonderful state of mind, I feel like the most important god in heaven and on earth because the statement is a sure evidence of reality and sincerity. I truly belong to Christ Jesus, and it is not a probabilistic assumption or a feeble assurance.

We, the saints, are the right people (Righteous) in the right place (Christ) at the right time (Now), which makes all the difference in heaven. Hallelujah! Think about it! And this truth reveals God's purpose from the very beginning, and also points to the "end of time" which is regarded as the beginning of spending eternity with God, as the right people.

By granting you an explanatory approach to this truth, Jesus Christ was determined to assure us that we are very good for Him, meaning that we can't fall into disfavour with Him. Indeed, Pastor EJC has been given to Christ Jesus...by God, not by human suggestion, election, selection or desire. And I just can't tell how great I feel about this truth, but blessed be God.

More so, I thank God for the capacity of being in the best place I could ever be at this point in time, namely Christ Jesus. In a nutshell, by my individuality relatedness to Christ, I am fully convinced that nothing in this present world can throw doubt and unbelief on the robustness of my faith walk with God, considering the excellent eventualities that accompany my glorious destiny.

More so, my level of genetic relatedness to Godhead is too high for the ordinary human beings, and their merely-ingrained carnal understanding. The superlative degree of my genetic relatedness to Christ empowers me with utmost confidence and the boldness of the Spirit because I am deeply conscious of my sense of belongingness embedded in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Furthermore, in Christ Jesus, I am a unique saint from a lineage of powerfully related Biblical "forefather" figures, known as the Patriarchs, and I walk in the newness of life through their "chains of transmission" from eternity, thereby functioning with effortless embodiment of grace, and on top of that, I'm guided by divinely-inspired principles and direction.

As a result of my permanent association with Supreme Deity, my dignified identity is ascribed to the notion of exerting the overflow of divine power in my world, in which I am specially considered far superior to the devil and his little cohorts, because I am so complete through my union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority (Colossians 2:10 NLT). In other words, by belonging to Christ, I am above only - as a senior figure sitting far beyond and on top of a chagrin and discomforted Devil in the hierarchical corridors of supernatural realm. Hallelujah!

Why are all these empirical attestations happening in my life at the same time? God has given me to Christ as the most precious gift on earth, and I can't help but function accordingly. Stay tuned for part 5. Shalom!

I am of God and I belong to Christ, denoting my real state of dominion which is beautifully accompanied by efficacious attributes and enduring effects of a missional living, symbolic of the very nature of divinity at work in my inwardness. Praise God!
