How do we succeed in seeing many things in the Scriptures, which is also verifiable by observation that enables significant discovery? It is by searching the Scriptures. To that effect, John 5:39 Weymouth New Testament reads, "You search the Scriptures, because you suppose that in them you will find the Life of the Ages; and it is those Scriptures that yield testimony concerning me."
Indeed, the above versified statement is the earmark of reality in searching the Scriptures. God's Spirit attached the signature of eternal life to the descriptions the Scriptures create. So when you think or ponder a Scriptural concept for moments, you perceive eternal life which is of God, meaning that such life is always at work in the process of Spirit-inspired Bible study. The Scriptures are also of high testimonial importance to Christ's image. More below!

Reference: Isaiah 42:20-21 GOD'S WORD® Translation (GW)
"Seeing many things, but you do not observe; Opening the ears, but He does not hear. The LORD is pleased because He does what is right. He praises the greatness of His teachings and makes them glorious."
The next versified segments to be expounded by my humble self is:
"Opening the ears, but He does not hear."
The empirical emphasis based on this segmentary statement is more of a person being privy to sound, speech and tone, but still doesn't hear due to vacuous audial intelligence. Beloved, sharing or partaking in the knowledge of spiritual secrets or hidden realities requires sharp auricular interest or attention because the ears are mainly regarded as the most authoritative source of spiritual understanding.
Since the ears are regularly updated with a magnitude of observatory intelligence gained through the study and assimilation of Scriptural truths, we must therefore pray for the effectiveness of revelatory recognition, true perspicacity, mindful alertness, keen sharpness or reliable acuity, in relation to our auricular attention.
When you are filled with the Spirit, and you study the Word in the power and flow of the Holy Spirit, especially by cogitating on the written letters, the Spirit of truth will draw your specific attention to His insightful inspiration, through your inner ears. Therefore, if a person has an enduring interest in any subject matter pertaining the Scriptures, and their ears are open, they must listen. In other words, its not enough to sustain open ears, one must also pay serious auricular attention. To that effect, Mark 4:23-24 reads, "Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand. Then He added, "Pay close attention to what you hear. The closer you listen, the more understanding you will be given - and you will receive even more" (NLT).
Having open ears and paying attention to what is heard - come with permanent importance. Don't be the hearer-of-much, nevertheless doesn't get it. Pay attention! Don't be deaf with open ears! Simply put, it doesn't matter the extent that you study and hear spiritual truths, you must apply godly wisdom by investing your utmost attention. So your auricular antenna, signal or coverage must be quick, sound and active, to the point of giving rise to accurate spiritual comprehension of relevant truth being considered, as you draw in the breath of eternal life. Stay tuned for more in part 7. Shalom!
Scripture Reading - Isaiah 42:18; John 10:27; James 1:19; Romans 10:17.
Exuberant Declaration:
I'm fully endowed with tremendous auditory processing ability, and I strongly acknowledge that there is no form of spiritual vacuity in my Bible study times because the Spirit of truth is convincingly active within the walls of my inward being. Hence, the abundance of revelation knowledge of God's depth is always hugely unfolded in my mind and spirit, and is received, perceived and sustained by the sharpness of my auricular attention. Praise God!
