COME TO ME - PART 1

TUESDAY 21 JULY 2026

I am introducing a new topic namely, COME TO ME, which is a piece of spoken language perspicuously produced by last Adam for those entertaining or handling some adverse situations, such as intensity of non-euphonical wearisome activations in real-life situations, as well as vanities of extreme earthly pressures, and the invitation is all about making a bold move toward embracing the purpose and beneficial significance of divine rest in Christ.

In my expository knowledge of this topic, I will start with the introductory conversations, which are contained in Part 1 to Part 3, and will definitely serve as a model for the rest of the successive parts, full of weighty revelation knowledge. More below!

Reference: Matthew 11:28 New International Version (NIV)

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

"Come to me" is that agency or utterance from last Adam which is necessary in bringing REST to fruition. This is not a specific remark about receiving salvation in Christ, although many acknowledge that the utterance is so much rooted in the centre of the doctrine of salvation, such that it can be equated with declaring the salvific prayer.

An essential part of the purpose of Last Adam's emergence on earth is to make divine rest of humankind possible. It is through Him alone that we can gain rest, in connection with the salvation granted by God through faith in Christ.

Divine rest is sourced from the richest realm or background in Christ, meaning that we are hopeless, poorly nourished and nutrient-deficient without it. So lack of divine rest means that we are not getting the full balance of nutrients needed for good and adequate spiritual growth. When this happens, it is because a person eats too little of the Word, which can lead to a spiritual medical condition that prevents his spirit from absorbing bountiful or surplus nutrients from the Word.

Moreover, its only a rich and powerful Adam that can grant lasting rest because He has all it takes to do so with ease. To that effect, Petrine epistolary expression numbered as 2nd Peter 1:2-3 reads, "Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness" (NIV).

Did you notice that Christ Jesus is powerful enough to give or supply us with everything we need for a godly life on earth? That's exactly what is written in this Petrine versified passage [HIS DIVINE POWER]. Last Adam is extremely rich and powerful, bearing in mind that anyone who can give you everything you need on earth for living life and for exercising sincere devotion or commitment to God through faith, is a luxuriously rich and powerful fellow. And notably, He does it by the strength or virtue of His DIVINE POWER.

So last Adam's invitation, which says, "Come to me" is indicative of the truth that His pronouncement's notion is: "hurry and escape unrest, for I cannot do much for you until you come to me and arrive for the purpose of obtaining rest."

So those who are experiencing a natural reality that has given birth to being wearisome and bearing loud-voiced burden, should come to Jesus Christ, and find the favour of "DIVINE REST" in His sight and company, otherwise, they would be swept away in such a demoralising valley - by the fireworks of spiritual weariness, physical weariness and all-round weariness, thereby being overly burdened, drastically overwhelmed, hugely discouraged and confusingly drained by life's struggles and responsibilities, and sincerely speaking, there is no duty-bound reward in Christ for getting weighed down by constant stress and worry.

Beloved, a person can slip into wearisome system of operation and outbreak of massive burden bearing - by their conscious observation of lying vanities, until the unpropitious system transitions into their throat and chokes them, but the Golden news is that the Lord Jesus devised a rescue plan, which is "COME TO ME." Stay tuned for another introductory part of this wonderful topic. Shalom!

Scripture Reading - John 6:37; John 6:44; John 6:65; John 7:37

Exuberant Declaration:

I boldly confess that in Christ Jesus, I have come to acknowledge and embrace the fulfilment of the rest from above, pointing to the current nature and status of His work on the cross which is "finished." Hallelujah!
