Indeed, I am born of God, and I am His beloved son, because when the set time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship (Galatians 4:4-5 NIV). Today, significant numbers of humanity are a product of new birth, functioning with the full right of being God's own children. More below!

Reference: John 1:12-13 New International Version (NIV)
"Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God - children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God."
Based on the above versified reference, today's focus is majored on the first segmentary differentiation, namely:
"Children born not of natural descent."
Notably, being a born again Christian does not imply that you no longer have a natural descent and description, it simply means that you are now reborn - not with a physical birth resulting from natural descent. Yes, you still have a physically formed body as a result of natural birth but the origin of the new birth you have experienced is from a higher, transcendent realm, far beyond the lower birth in the material realm.
Therefore, now that you have the right to be called a child of God, it doesn't signify that you have stopped having and sustaining flesh and blood. To that effect, Hebraic awakening intimation reads, "Because God's children are human beings - made of flesh and blood—the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could He die, and only by dying could He break the power of the devil, who had the power of death" (Hebrews 2:14 NLT).
As born again Christians, we are still clothed in human flesh, and we have in all of us, a human blood. But whatever may be our race, condition, chronological lineage, idiosyncrasies or diversities of culture, we now have the very right to serve God as His own children through our new birth, and the deepest part of being born of spiritual descent is our concord and fellowship with God, which is extremely valuable and rewarding to our faith walk.
In line with this amazing verity, Nicodemus said to Jesus, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?" Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, He cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit" (John 3:4-6 ESV). Notice that being born of God entails - being born of water and the Spirit. Being born of water here implies Jesus' reference to gaining spiritual access to "the Water of Life" or "the Fountain of Life", while being born of the Spirit here, is an aphorism regarding the Spirit of God, who is capable of prolonging life indefinitely.
The life of the Spirit is a life of superior and eternal quality which people who are born again still have, when they are physically dead. Hence, to be born of the Spirit is a bloodline of greater importance and genetic make-up connected to Jesus' Divinity, suggesting a spiritual lineage acquired through the new birth. So when the Lord Jesus said to Nicodemus, "You Must Be Born Again", he was instructing a man, who was made of flesh and blood, to get a spiritual bloodstream. Advertently, our heavenly Father's design, when He sent His only beloved Son to the world, was to get any mankind to be born of water and the Spirit, so they can spiritually gain access to, and participate in the Kingdom of God, as God's own children.
To that effect, through our spiritual bloodstream, we obtain the beneficial possibilities of divine nature, such as being a heir of God according to the promise. On account of this truth, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as Galatians 4:6-7 reads, "And because we are His children, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, "Abba, Father." Now you are no longer a slave but God's own child. And since you are His child, God has made you His heir" (NLT).
Beloved, having made us His heir, God will be so good to His children forever, as we remain deeply indulged with the bonding agent of His Spirit - through the strength of fellowship. Stay tuned for part 6. Shalom!

Exuberant Declaration:
I am born of God, and therefore, I'm from a special heavenly lineage. As a superior god on earth, I am a heir of God and co-heirs with Christ. To God be the glory!
