In my last article, the Spirit of God made us to comprehend that the unfolding of the Word is helpful for rectification of unhealthy eyes. To instantiate this verity, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as 2nd Timothy 3:16 (ESV) reads, "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness."
The light of "correction" which can be exerted in the process of rectification, is the aspect of the Word that makes adequate changes in unhealthy eyes, when it comes to the simple, and having considered the three-fold structure of the word, simple, the last part which is neuter, simply implies that God's Word can impart true light to even an object without a sex or gender identity. Reference: Matthew 6:22-23 New International Version (NIV)
"The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness."
The final versified segment in our referenced Scripture which is to be expounded by my humble self is:
"If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness."
This very segment says, "If you have entertained and sustained a light within, whose equivalence is darkness, how great is that darkness." In other words, last Adam is pointing to the truth that the person can have the worst darkness. So its an emphatic manner of expressiveness, and not a question.
Moreover, the key purpose here is to help us to aptly comprehend the significance and implication of the darkness involved. For instance, we can now ask questions such as: Is the darkness complicated? Is it a deep darkness? Is the negative effects chaotic? How harmful is it, or to what extent does it cause disorder and confusion? Simply put, the Lord's emphatic intimation has gotten our attention to consider the full effects of the darkness which a person has sustained within.
Beloved, gaining the comprehensive analysis of the manner of light that shapes an individual's functionality from within can vary - based on their source of light. And purposefully, we must acknowledge that the Lord was dealing with texture and essence of inner light that has been received.
