"My son, accept my words and store up my commands."
Accept my words and store up my commands; they are a source of helpful knowledge from the Divine Deity. The words of the Lord reveal His wisdom and knowledge, while His commands have to do with spiritual instructions. Then having a spiritual illumination concerning both - has to do with gaining their accurate insight or spiritual understanding. Got it? Simply put, having an accurate and deep understanding of God's words and commands emphasizes that a person is well-informed.
Through precise spiritual understanding, God's wisdom and knowledge will continue to sink into your inward being, as you seek them earnestly. But you must proceed to the practical knowledge of the Word which consists of exercising godly skills. For instance, knowing how to solve a problem or getting a lasting solution by applying God's words and commands diligently, or knowing how to pay your tithe offering correctly, as well as being quick to refrain from evil practices - are all forms of practical divine knowledge. Are you with me?
As you practicalize the wisdom and knowledge gained from the Word, it will translate the written Word [which is a divine theory or heavenly concept] into a tangible and manifest form, denoting your real-world experiences. As you keep demonstrating such wise dealings in any situational analysis, it becomes your self "empirical" knowledge. Now you are mastering how to navigate your way or steer your course rightly, by applying the spiritual understanding you've gained [which is theoretical or mentally abstract] - to your real life's situations, thereby making it a cognizance that can be demonstrated in a concrete way, to yield tremendous results in accordance with God's will.
Accepting and receiving God's words, as well as storing up His commands richly within you, can take the form of mental states such as godly reasoning, fixed ethical values, inward virtues, ingrained retentive memories, praiseworthy mentality, wise thought pattern, and a firm belief system, but until they are converted to practical wisdom and knowledge of God's words and commands, by applying them as an individual through personal actions, you can't experience Kingdom results or outcomes justified by earthly evidences.Â
To that effect, King Solomon's inspired proverbial utterance, numbered as Proverbs 1:1-6 reads:
1. The proverbs (truths obscurely expressed, maxims, and parables) of Solomon son of David, king of Israel:
2. That people may know skillful and godly Wisdom and instruction, discern and comprehend the words of understanding and insight,
3. Receive instruction in wise dealing and the discipline of wise thoughtfulness, righteousness, justice, and integrity,
4. That prudence may be given to the simple, and knowledge, discretion, and discernment to the youth
5. The wise also will hear and increase in learning, and the person of understanding will acquire skill and attain to sound counsel [so that he may be able to steer his course rightly]...(AMPC).
I affirmatively believe that the above versified passage is self-explanatory. In addition, the precious knowledge of God's will is whiter than white, and His wisdom and understanding aim to establish us in His perfect will and purpose for our lifetime. Stay tuned for part 10. Shalom!

Guided Prayer:
Gracious Father in heaven, I'm grateful because I gain your conceptual wisdom and knowledge through an accurate understanding that the Holy Spirit gives me. Hence, your godly virtues, higher thoughts, and righteous perfections are being activated in me through my ability to apply the Word correctly, make the right decisions, and action your perfect will - day by day, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
