GREAT IS YOUR MUNIFICENCE - PART 1

Today, I want us to pay apt attention to Psalmic inspired utterances concerning building a strong confidence in God and the result that follows. With all pleasure, the author of Psalm 71 considered God as his secure defence, fortified protection, solid rock and indomitable fortress.


So he had the Almighty God as a sheltering stronghold who shielded him from disgrace and humiliation, and rescued him from all his enemies. For this reason, there was a continual torrent of thanksgiving and testimonies of God's goodness from his mouth. One of them is taken as our referenced Scripture below!

My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness And Your salvation all the day, For I do not know their limits.


A mouth that overflows with the praise of God's righteousness and His saving acts of grace and compassion is priceless. This implies that we must be full of gratitude, expressed with an overwhelming vocality for His munificence.


If you regularly experience God's great acts of mercies and justice, which come from inexhaustible resources of His divine nature, incorporated in His glory and insphered in Christ, you can't keep quiet about it in your world. You'll definitely find yourself indulging in a consistent communication of such grace.


The underlying significance of God's righteous influence in us and His wonderful acts of salvation is tabernacled in the abundance of His divine power at work in us. To that effect, Pauline epistolary expression stated, "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us..." (Ephesians 3:20 NIV).


Notice that in line with this truth numbered as Ephesians 3:20, although God can do far more abundantly than all we ask or think, it is specifically through His mighty power at work within us. Our power source is on the inside. In other words, the power of God that does wondrous things for us is not merely a known sign that manifests around us, but is palpably resident in us, and we possess it permanently. Got it? God Himself is superbly munificent to us by the power of His glorious mystery deposited in us, as Christ.


Again hear me: Within us (born again Christians), we hold the divine wonder that grants us access to measureless levels of the manifestation of His righteous acts and saving deeds. This is what apostle Paul equally meant when he uttered the versified statement, "We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves" (2 Corinthians 4:7 NLT). Hallelujah! Aren't you glad that we host an exceptional great power or ability which is ever present within - to activate and sustain the limitless volume of the Lord's gracious, glorious and wondrous doings? Talk to me!


Beloved in Christ, do not let your mouth be like an evanesce open circuit, but rather let the current of the communication of His goodness and mercies keep flowing from your precious lips from time to time, for the Lord is forever faithful. And to Him be the Glory in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen. Stay tuned for part 2. Shalom!

Exuberant Declaration:

The goodness of God runs after me everyday, and I acknowledge that I'm loaded with the full supply of His rewarding benefits piling up rapidly at an incredible rate. Hence, my mouth speaks of His faithfulness, righteousness and saving grace all day long. Hallelujah!
