Reference: Psalm 37:5-6 New Living Translation (NLT)
"Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust Him, and He will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun."
The next or second segmentary statement in the sequenced order of the above reference, which is to be expounded by my humble self is:
"Trust Him, and He will help you."
If you trust God, He will surely respond with divine help. What are the signs that you trust God? Again this Scripture comes to mind: "You will keep Him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because He trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD Himself, is the Rock eternal" (Isaiah 26:3-4 NIV).
Considering this Scriptural passage, firstly, you can know you trust God when you function in perfect peace. Secondly, you can't function in perfect peace, unless you live in accordance with the power of His Word. Thirdly, you know you trust God when you are fully aware that within you lies the power you need to always experience perfect peace and transformative encounters. Yes, the Holy Spirit is the unseen embodiment of divine power that is actively resident in you.
As you practise listening to His voice through your personal walk with Him - with an absolute cognizance that He always works in you and walks alongside you as your wise counsellor, He will often offer you timeless divine guidance, and visualised promptings regarding the mind of Christ, and always upgrade your inner knowing - with concrete notions from the realm of eternity. Together with the Spirit, a story of inspiring depth of commitment, heightened level of attainment, and courageous journey of fulfilment, will be wonderfully woven - on account of your unwavering trust in the Lord.
Fourthly, you know that you trust God when you allow divine inspiration to become the source of your comfort, counsel, and help on a regular basis. How do we stir up divine inspiration? By regular infillings of the Holy Spirit, by speaking in tongues, by cogitating on divinely-inspired truths, and by living a lifestyle of prayer and fasting. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works" (2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV). So in its inspired voice, we hear and obtain useful impartations.
Now watch this: the complete segment reads, "Trust Him, and He will help you." This segmentary notion implies that trusting God precedes divine help, which in essence, denotes that a genuine trust in God boosts your utmost confidence and dependence on divine wisdom, enabling you to face life's complexities effectively, and also, excites the interest of access to the influence of His enabling grace. Got it? Let me break it down in this manner: People can often ask which type of divine help is best for their kind of problematic notion or situational analysis. As the gods, how we are able to make this sort of distinction, while presenting our plans before God is - by actioning the hebraic awakening indication numbered as Hebrews 4:16 which reads: "So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most" (NLT).
Coming boldly to the throne of grace equally implies that you boldly trust God, and in doing so, you can find grace to help in His presence. Simply put, trust Him by always expressing a bold approach in His unfailing ability, and He will help you through the availability of an abundance of grace. Finding the special or specific grace you need for any facet of your life's operation often denotes activating the active presence and work of God which is made manifest in form of divine light. The grace of God is full of varying divine lights, and these lights signify eternal truth, wisdom, and righteousness, that can cut through the darkness of problematic issues and challenging situations, and thereby result in established lasting solutions.
This radiant illumination represents versified references - revealing God's will concerning any human matter, embodying an unfailing beacon of hope, assuring the pathway for enduring transformation, and serving as a guiding source of comfort in times of adversity. So the Hebraic awakening indication numbered as Hebrews 4:16 propels the saints to seek spiritual enlightenment sourced from God's grace throughout the Scriptures, in order to gain divine wisdom for all kinds of solution, and the distinctive feature of taking accurate action for lasting change.
The grace of God promotes a vivid metaphor of transfiguring lights that proceed from divine realities which transcend the physical realm in their impactful effects. Stay tuned for part 5. Shalom!
