REMEMBRANCE BY THOUGHTFUL KINDLINESS - PART 6

SATURDAY 14 JUNE 2025

Reference: Genesis 8:1 Amplified Bible (AMP)

"And God remembered and thought kindly of Noah and every living thing and all the animals that were with Him in the ark; and God made a wind blow over the land, and the waters receded."

Today's focus is majored on the second segment of our referenced Scripture above:

"And God made a wind blow over the land, and the waters receded."

Why did God cause the wind to blow over the land? So that the waters would begin to recede.

I will reveal a fresh insight to guide us into a viable way in which God caused a wind to blow over the earth, such that the waters began to subside, denoting less water on land, in favour of Noah and all the living creatures. Notice that the wind blew "uninterruptedly" over the earth, not over the water's surface. So the wind waves was on Earth range. As the wind blew, there was an energy transfer from the wind to the earth's surface area, and from the earth to water surfaces, which intensified the diminishing state and facilitated the drying up of the water level rises.

This blowing of wind was considered as an "unseen force" in operation on earth, and was imbued with symbolic meaning. In the context of our topic, the imagery of the "blowing wind" symbolizes the platform for dismantling the earth's destructive forces [such as superstorm, flood, cloudburst, blizzard], and the removal of all natural and atmospheric obstructions outside the ark, which in turn, gave room to supernatural activation that resulted in a next level, known as a favourable "shifting season" for Noah and every living thing and all the animals that were with Him in the ark.

How does God cause a wind to blow over the land? He brings wind out of His storehouses (Jeremiah 10:13 NIV). And He does it by His spoken words. To that effect, Psalm 147:18 reads:

"He sends forth His word and melts them; He unleashes His winds, and the waters flow."

As He made His wind blow, the earth's land, flooded with water, which also includes all the reservoirs – holding flooded water in place, began to evaporate, until the surface of the ground was dry. And by the twenty-seventh day of the second month, the earth was completely dry.

The observation of the wind from the Spirit of God is very remarkable upon this topic, because it gave rise to opposite condition on earth. On account of this new condition, the Bible stated in Genesis 8:18-19 that Noah came out, together with his sons and his wife and his sons' wives. All the animals and all the creatures that move along the ground and all the birds—everything that moves on land—came out of the ark, one kind after another"(NIV).

Beloved, Just like Noah came out with his family members, and with all other living creatures, after the world was destroyed on account of God's wrath, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as 1st Thessalonians 5:9 reads that God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (NIV). Shalom!

Scripture Reading - John 3:16-18; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8-9; Acts 4:12.

Exuberant Declaration:

I walk in the right ways of God, as His righteous servant, because I have received eternal salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. Praise God!
