PEACEFUL LEADING - PART 10

Reference: Isaiah 63:14 New Living Translation (NLT)

"As with cattle going down into a peaceful valley, the Spirit of the LORD gave them rest. You led your people, LORD, and gained a magnificent reputation."

When you are being led by the LORD, and you trust in Him, no matter the circumstance, if you still believe that He would often lead you in peaceful satisfaction and would always deliver your expectations, you will be kept in perfect peace in all the departments of your mental faculty, such that the Spirit of the LORD will grant you rest.

You led your people, LORD, and gained a magnificent reputation.

There are involved in the above versified segment - two ideational points, which would normally result in two differing expository cognizance of the statement. The first has got to do with God's leading perfection which has an interesting power of miraculous characters, and the other is an unmistakable God-motivated claim that is in full grand form, and that is, He gained an honourable reputation which He obtained from His exemplary acts of exerting supreme power that amounted to great success and victory. So God is not unaware of His victorious accomplishments with a pre-eminent status.

I know about a great deal of the genius of God's leading advantage. Having led His people well, He made this particular claim of magnificent reputation on the ground of His enormous notable exploits in leading them through the wilderness, and in my profound study of it, His overmastering force and influence are rooted in His infinite Majesty, and inexhaustible energy of His divine nature.

Even in our everyday life, God's Spirit beckons us, for all who allow themselves to be led by the Spirit of God are sons of God (Romans 8:14 CEV). Every believing saint who is led by the Spirit will be seen and known as being capable of operating in their words and actions, a reasoned expression, behavioural responses and prophetical utterances of such leading.

In addition, praying in the Spirit oftentimes is essential in a way that positions your spirit to be sensitive to the leading of God's Spirit. In doing so, the capability of trusting God wholeheartedly in any given situation will become visible and remain consistent in your life. Shalom!
