Hebrews 12:28 reads, "Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe" (NIV). Beloved, we have received a Kingdom of grace, which cannot be taken away from us; a Kingdom where the path of life is made known to us, as we actively value and prioritize the presence of the true living God. More below!

Reference: Psalm 16:11 GOD'S WORD® Translation (GWT)
"You make the path of life known to me. Complete joy is in your presence. Pleasures are by your side forever."
Today's focus is majored on the last segmentary statement based on our referenced Scripture:
"Pleasures are by your side forever."
What are these pleasures? They are godly satisfactions we derive from God's standard of righteous supplies.
One of the many benefits often ascribed to intimate interactions with God is His ability to provide us with rest, comfort and relief from the demands of everyday life. Having passed from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of light, we are no longer controlled by the dominion of sin, ignorance, and misery, and therefore we are not burdened with sinful pleasures. We now have continual access to new pleasures of holiness, grace, mercy and righteousness that yield divine inheritance and spiritual blessings.
These pleasures are by God's side forever, and through the Lord Jesus, we have access to all of them. By His atoning sacrifice, we receive God's grace and mercy at the throne, and no experience of life can rob us of this access because it is based on our thriving relationship with God. To that effect, Hebraic awakening indication numbered as Hebrews 4:16 reads, "Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need" (NIV).
Beloved, I'm forever graceful that I've been introduced into the greatest Kingdom of glory, replete with pleasures forevermore. By being a child of the Most high God, on account of being united to Christ, I have received the power and privilege to become a heir of God, and joint heirs with Christ. To instantiate this verity, Pauline epistolary expression says, "And if [we are His] children, [then we are His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His spiritual blessing and inheritance]..." (Romans 8:17 AMP).
So these pleasures are the exhibitions of what God intends for His people, and of what His practised presence can offer us. In addition, this is how we obtain the outcome of these pleasures by faith - from the very throne of grace: "Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full" (John 16:24 ESV). Stay tuned for part 6. Shalom!
