PACIFIC KINGDOM - PART 1

Updated: Apr 18

TUESDAY 15 APRIL 2025

I'm introducing a new topic namely, Pacific Kingdom. More below!

Reference: Hebrews 12:28 English Standard Version (ESV)

"Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, and offer to God pleasing service and acceptable worship with reverence and awe."

In accordance with our referenced Scripture, which Kingdom have we received? The Kingdom of light! How did we receive the Kingdom?

Pauline epistolary expression numbered as Colossians 1:12-14 reads:

"Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins" (KJV).

Considering the above versified passage, the first verse which is numbered as 12, reveals the type of Kingdom we have received, namely Kingdom of light, and the second verse reveals the concept of the process of our deliverance and transfer, meaning that the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ wields too much power, in regard to replacing the wrong government in our lives with the right Kingdom of his dear Son. Then the last versified statement which says, "In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins," implies our ability to make decision that grants us access to receiving the Kingdom of light.

Most of the time, some of us are not conscious of the truth that we've received a Kingdom which cannot be shaken, and this is the reason some born again Christians shake in certain situations or when faced with challenging circumstances. What makes the difference between any kingdom that shakes, and the Kingdom of light which cannot be shaken? Supreme Deity, namely, God, became ours in the death of His dear Son.

Did you know that the author of our referenced Scripture communicated his perception regarding the Kingdom of light? The author of the book of Hebrews inspired us with how he perceived or interpreted the Kingdom we have received. Beloved, our perception of the Kingdom of light can really influence our attitude and functional ability in it. I mean, if you truly perceive that your God is unshakable, and that you have come to a Kingdom which cannot be shaken, I assure you that you'll be functioning on earth as the most powerful god that will ever exist or ever existed. Yes, you'll be a profound wonder to your world and in your world.

In your own Christian walk, always pay attention to the Kingdom you have received, and actively notice what makes this Kingdom of light unshakable. Though inspired by the Spirit of truth, this is exactly what the author of Hebrews did. In a very real sense, I discovered the superior mindset of the Hebrew's author when I went through a lengthy reading of Hebrews chapter 12. For instance, in verse 22-24, he stated:

"But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel"(Hebrews 12:22-24 NIV).

If you study the above versified passage, you'll realise that the brilliance of divine nature is there. Myriads of Angels are there. The spirits of the perfected ones are there. Christ, the Son of God is there. God Himself is there. These are the entities that make up our glorious Heavenly Kingdom, and the brightness of their glory is the evidential basis for the "unshakable" Kingdom.

Beloved, life in any other kingdom, both spiritual and physical, is fleeting and shakable in this imperfect world. Therefore, since we have received a Kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us do what? Stay tuned for all we must do, which determines how far we go in Christian life on earth. Shalom!

Scripture Reading - Acts 26:8; Ephesians 5:8; 1 Peter 2:9; 1 Thessalonians 5:5.

Exuberant Declaration:

I have received the Kingdom of light, and I always sustain this kind of comprehension that it is a superior, unfathomable and unshakable Kingdom. Hallelujah!
