Reference: Luke 1:36-37 New International Version (NIV)
"Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be unable to conceive is in her sixth month. For no word from God will ever fail."
If you study the context of above Scripture reference, you will notice that the wordings of the versified statement weren't actually meant for Elizabeth. It was a monumental assurance from angel Gabriel to virgin Mary, which resulted in her strengthened confidence in a word from God concerning the holy child she would conceive. So the angel of God was sharing Elizabeth's testimony with her in this manner:
"And did you know that your cousin Elizabeth conceived a son, old as she is? Everyone called her barren, and here she is six months pregnant! Nothing, you see, is impossible with God."
Hope you grasped the best of the above dialogue between angel Gabriel and Mary, which I consider as a shared testament or proof that triggered Mary's strong belief in God's word and plan for her. Indeed, decoding the testimony of others can strengthen your personal faith in God, as you believe God for your own testimony. In other words, the crux and kernel of sharing other people's testimony reveal a foresight inspiration in others who are in the waiting room for such miraculous intervention, and such inspiration positions them for life-altering reality that will accompany their imminent testimonies, such that they will begin to manifest it in their attitudes and aspirations ahead of their good news.
Someone just prayed last weekend and received a word of confirmation from the Lord concerning their desired expectation. Then she joined the gathering of the saints in her church service, and heard the same or similar testimony during the testimony session that motivated her to trust God more. Although this is an instantiation, beloved, it's not a humanly-planned event or a magic trick; the Spirit of prophesy has orchestrated the shared testimony as a divine notice and ordered her step to the church meeting. Indeed, that very shared testimony can be considered a direct line of communication from the Lord to divinely inspire her, as well as embolden and strengthen her confidence in the word she has received concerning her desired expectation.
Beloved, Just like Zachariah and Mary received from angel Gabriel, you need a word from God that will change that situation. A word from God is not His suggestions or innuendo; it is an assured voice of His authority, which proselytizes and endorses the deepest cooperation between you and God concerning your request. I acknowledge that word as a secret knowledge of the capacity of the miracle coming your way.
It is the very Word that will stir your heart to walk in step with the Spirit, plus cultivate and prepare the soil of your heart for your expected testimony. It is the cardinal basis for the fulfilment of His promise or desire He's planted in your heart. Got it? In a nutshell, with a word from God, He's begun the good work, and now, to complete the good work, you must long to see His manifest presence which embodies your own testimony.
So the idea of a word from God has a sacred and significant implication on the divine conception of your anticipated miracle. It equally means that through such assurance, God has revealed His harmonizing intelligence and His interest of commitment in fulfilling your heartfelt desire. All the more so, it denote that no word from God will ever fail. Stay tuned for part 8. Shalom!
