Davidic psalmody by encomium is a topic that is profitable for musical doctrine in the body of Christ. Zero wonder, there is no Biblical teaching that discourages the practical development of this truth in our Christian lives, because the truth is suited to produce for us, an enlargement of God's favour, goodness and generosity in a greater dimension. More below!

Reference: Psalm 98:1-2 New Living Translation (NLT)
"Sing a new song to the Lord, for He has done wonderful deeds. His right hand has won a mighty victory; His holy arm has shown His saving power! The Lord has announced His victory and has revealed His righteousness to every nation!"
Beloved, let me remind you again that our referenced Scripture says, "sing a new song to the Lord, for He has done wonderful deeds." A "new song" is foretold before their visible development. Simply put, new songs are the substance of viable prophecy. Got it? In other words, prophetically speaking, there are newly inspired songs waiting to be composed. There are new sounds of musical composition that are yet to be released from the fountain of the Spirit.
The nature of such songs can be replete with constituent or integrant pattern of tones in an utterance, configured in the order of psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, denoting articulations that involve the manner in which the music are played and sung, but they are new songs. This is the reason you notice that some Gospel song ministers could release a creative work specifically identified as some piece of their latest Gospel music, full of musically satisfying inspiration.
Many a time, Gospel singers create a sense of musical flow that shapes our faith walk in the right direction as we praise and worship the Lord with their perceived godly melody and musical notion. Interestingly, a Gospel melody is beyond just the measure of a string of notes because it has a combination of phrasing, pitch, rhythm, and contour that gives it an uplifting character and a miraculous impact, when the Lord is acknowledged as the heartbeat of the musical expression that captures our attention as we sing with joyful exuberance.
At the very end of this article is the melody of a spiritual song composed by Sinach, a distinct voice that stands out in the body of Christ. That's a principal example of a spiritual song filled with divine illumination, meaning that its more than just a song. Her musically-inspired mindset is superb, and the concepts of lyrics in her piece of music are spiritually discerned. Such a song is essentially a "spiritual tune with great melodic contour" and its one of the most recognizable best of a musical piece that you might catch yourself humming, chanting, dancing and singing even when you are alone in God's presence. Shalom!
Scripture Reading - Psalm 40:3; Psalm 96:1-4; Isaiah 42:10; Psalm 98:1-3; Psalm 144:9-10; Revelation 14:3.
