BUY SOME VIRTUES - PART 3

In relation to buying some virtues, which is in accordance with the dictates of our versified reference below, the Scripture did not really offer us sensible options, but rather it presented us with the focal principle for navigating an effective Christian journey or faith in this present world. More below!

Reference: Proverbs 23:23 New International Version (NIV)

"Buy the truth and do not sell it—wisdom, instruction and insight as well."

In today's article which is the final introductory knowledge of this topic, I want us to grasp the blessed impression that the truth did not begin to exist at some certain point because it actually has no beginning and no end. Why? It is defined as timeless or eternal truth, meaning that its not limited by time. To that effect, Psalm 119:89 reads, "Your word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens" (NIV). Now this very word remains constant, and contains divine truth, wisdom, instruction and insight, which you are not to sell when you buy them by spiritual attainment.

They may not be exciting at first glance, or eye-catching truth, wisdom, instructions, and insights but they are for our outstanding advantages. They produce rewarding benefits that are in high demand by the wise. Many biblical success stories, as well as exceptional successful mankind of godly influence and ability in today's world, were made or sponsored by application of this eternal truth, divine wisdom, instruction and insight.

Now watch this: "Buying the truth and not selling it - wisdom, instruction and insight as well" is equally implicative of the truth that you can't afford to treat God's word as a mere information but as significant divine revelation. That's how to evaluate or determine its true worth. You must also build your expectations around the Word especially by acting deliberately according to their dictates, thereby achieving meaningful lasting results from their authentically implemented or practicalised applications.

Secondly, to avoid selling the truth, you must purposefully obtain key strategies designed to enhance your memory retention of divine truths, and one of the most important strategies is by prayerfully understanding the effective application of its knowledge in "problem-solving" concepts based on situational analysis. Yes, the likelihood of forgetting the truth you hear and receive is a sign of selling it because you have not allowed any mental space for its memory consolidation or long-term retention. Are you with me? To that effect, the proverbial edition of Solomonic inspired wisdom reads, "My son, pay attention to my words; listen closely to my sayings. Don't lose sight of them; keep them within your heart" (Proverbs 4:20-22 CSB). In doing this, we are fervently enabled to patently observe their memory retrieval, or simply put, the reactivation of the truth initially gained and formed in our mind and spirit during the teaching of it.

Thirdly, don't be too familiar with God's Word that you despise the integrity of its effectual influence. That's another subtle way of selling the truth. To that effect, Pauline epistolary expression numbered as 1st Thessalonians 2:13 reads, "And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe" (NIV). Beloved, buy the truth and do not sell it, plus nurture an elongated huge regard and remarkable longing for its wisdom-based cognizance and its insightful and instructionally-sustained practices and acuity.

From dedicated study of God's authoritative Word, I have procured well-articulated conceptualised cognitive and overflowing-fountain structure for this topic's strategic enlightenment, which is far from surface-level comprehension but mainly based on in-depth revelation knowledge. Therefore stay tuned for the real deal coming in the successive parts of this topic. Shalom!

Scripture Reading - Matthew 7:24; Proverbs 1:7; Romans 12:2; James 1:15; James 3:13-18.

Exuberant Declaration:

I refuse to buy the truth and sell it, but rather I graciously transfer every transforming divine information from my auricular perception, optic sense of reception and mental faculties to my heart and spirit where I store them to avoid losing sight of them. Praise God!
