GOD'S JUSTICE AND REWARD SYSTEM
God's justice and reward system is perfect. He does not owe any man He uses for good works. The good work we do in God's Name and the love we show for Him by meeting other people's need is evidently based to His divine operation and flow in our inner man.
Reference: Hebrews 6:10 Amplified Bible (AMP) 'For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown for His name in ministering to [the needs of] the saints (God's people), as you do.'
The idea of the above verse is that God is absolutely just in His attitude towards our good deeds. However, indulging in any work that pleases God is only possible through the power of God's Spirit. This implies that if we continue to be led by and live in the strength of God's Spirit, we can please God with our work, live out a very Christ-like love for others, and bear good fruit.
This verse (Ephesians 2:10) reminds us of the origin of our good works: 'For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do' (NIV). We are created for good works which the author is God. He had it in mind for us before the world began. So the good works we do are only possible because God is at work in us. No wonder Philippians 2:13 (NIV) reads, 'for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.' In other words, God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him.
If you wonder whether your good work is enough to be rewarded by divine system, remember that its not the work you've done based on your human effort, but by His Spirit, just like your salvation is not based on your work but based on the finished work of Christ. We have to be fashioned anew in Christ by God before we can do anything aright and it's still the Spirit of God in us that grants us the willingness and ability to perform His will and minister to the needs of the saints and others.
When the author of Hebrews says, "God is not unjust", it means that God knows and remembers the work that He's enabled you to do by His Spirit, and the love you have shown Him by allowing His Spirit to minister to the needs of the saints. If you have been trusting God to reward your good works motivated by the flesh, then you are out of God's justice and reward system. His justice system rewards your good work and the love that you show by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit because they are the works of God Himself through you.
To clear any further doubt about God's justice and reward system, Galatians 6:7-8 (NLT) reads, 'Don’t be misled - you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.' This verse now differentiates between the works motivated by the flesh and the works motivated and inspired by the Spirit.
The reward we get is always decided by the source of work we put in the ground. In other words, natural effect still applies to our Christian work, if we achieve it by the flesh. This is because the product of our flesh or our ability to do good in our own power with our effort, is poisoned with carnality. It can't be rewarded with the good fruits of righteousness and lasting reward. Therefore we must invest our work properly by serving God and others, through the leading, guidance and influence of the Holy Spirit.

Exuberant Declaration: Today, I acknowledge that serving God by the Spirit is a wonderful privilege and a sign of sincerity. Therefore, as I engage in good works by ministering to the spiritual and physical needs of the saints, and living out my love for others, I grow in wisdom and reap my harvests based on God's justice and reward system. My good deeds are on behalf of God and I'm well positioned by the Holy Spirit to do well in all my services to God and love for others. Hallelujah!
