EUPHORIC ADVANTAGE AND EXPRESSION - PART 1

As Christians, we must pay attention to the Holy Spirit always, because of His powerful and quickening influence in our lives. In doing so, we can experience the significant results of the overwhelming authority of God's hand that bring us joyful exuberance from time to time. Let's find out more!

Reference: Psalm 118:15 Brenton Septuagint Translation (BST) "The voice of exultation and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord has wrought mightily."

The Christian life should be characterised by the aura of euphoric advantage and expressions such as shouts of joy and victory. Zero wonder the Psalmist mentioned in today's verse, "The voice of exultation and salvation resound in the tents of the righteous." Why? "The LORD's right hand has done mighty things for them!" In other words, their euphoric expression comes as a result of God's right hand approving and manifesting their testimonies.

For the righteous, their voice of rejoicing and salvation denotes a mood of celebration and festivity due to the mysterious working of Divine hand in their lives. God's right hand is a deep mystery; it is the sign of the presence of miraculous wonders. To that effect, Exodus 15:6 says, "Your right hand, O LORD, is majestic in power..." (NIV). God's right hand is magnificent and awesomely exalted! It shimmers with power and performs with valour!

Anybody can gain the knowledge of God but to experience His right hand is a totally different view. In other words, there is an infinite difference between the general knowledge of God and the executive power of His right hand. When you position yourself to take advantage of the whirlwind of His mighty hand, soon, the audible voice of joy and victory will become your reality. Moreover, if you must draw the attention of the mystery of God's right hand in your life, you should equally learn to kneel before God and spend quality time of fellowship with Him, through prayer and worship, on a regular basis!

When the right hand of God is working mightily on your behalf, you may not see the process of its exertion because the process is usually secret and invisible, but the results are apparent or evident for all to see. However, the good news is that we walk by faith not by sight; therefore we can flow with the influence by being spiritually minded. That way, the hidden doings of the process, will be felt by faith under the influence of the Spirit.

For instance, the right hand of God is the power that raised Christ from the dead. In fact, it is the same as the mighty strength God exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion..." (see Ephesians 1:19-21 NIV). But here's the point: Nobody, with their natural sight, saw the right hand of God raising Jesus from the grave, but as born again Christians, we know by faith that the hand of God had wrought mightily. Guided Prayer: Dear Father in heaven, your mighty power is supreme, boundless, unquestionable and dominant. Through the saving and wondrous strength of your right hand, I always experience your goodness and faithfulness in my life. Hence, I audibly express joyous songs of salvation and loud shouts of victory from glory to glory. Indeed, your right hand does valiantly and is lifted high above all things, in Jesus' Name, Amen!
