CONTINUE TO MAKE CHRIST KNOWN

With a divine knowledge, Jesus knew that He came down from heaven to fulfil His Father's will in love to man. He was driven by the infinite love of our heaven Father, throughout His mission on earth. Christ's embodiment of the Father's will, and how He was all about it, attracted the human souls.

Reference: John 17:26 English Standard Version (ESV) "I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and me in them."

Jesus made God the Father famous in His earthly ministry. His life, His submission to the Father's will, His teachings and miracles demonstrated the will of God the Father. At that point, His prayer requests were centered on His closest disciples and those who would come to faith in Him through His teachings and also the ministry of His disciples. The major theme of His prayer is for godly love and unity to prevail.

In John 6:38-40, Jesus said, "For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose none of those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day. For it is My Father's will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." Jesus lived to fulfil God's will and make it known to men.

Foundational to experiencing the love of God is engaging in evangelism. Living for Christ and making yourself relevant in the ministry of reconciliation matter to God's heart. As an ambassador and a steward of the mysteries of Christ, let your faith be stirred to encounter your heavenly Father's love today and always. You have to spend time allowing yourself to be shaped and transformed by what God's will says about you. So much of being renewed by His Word will condition you to believe His will and act on it. As you do, your focus will always be on sharing the Gospel.

2 Corinthians 2:14 (NLT) says, "But thank God! He has made us his captives and continues to lead us along in Christ’s triumphal procession. Now he uses us to spread the knowledge of Christ everywhere, like a sweet perfume." Notice the Word, "Now"! This means that every moment of the day, God can use us to spread the knowledge of His Son, Jesus Christ. You have been granted an increased grace and ability to fulfil the ministry of reconciliation to those in your world now, not later.

Just like Jesus, we are today's evangelists sent by God to our world to make known to them, the Name of God the Father and the Son, Jesus, and by His grace, we are enabled by the Spirit to continue to make it known, so that the love with which God has loved us may be transferred and imparted to them. Hallelujah!

Exuberant Declaration: My life is steered in the direction of God's will, and I declare the Word of God with boldness. As the glorious Gospel is proclaimed in my world, Christ is established in the hearts of men and His Spirit produces eternal life in them. In this I rejoice and live to fulfil God's dream of making Christ known everywhere, like a sweet perfume. Praise God!
